At Binns Family Law Assoc., P. A., Renee Binns, Esq. is Reaching Resolutions not Fueling the Fire
Renee Binns, Esq.'s Bio:
Renee Binns, Esq. celebrated 20 years as an attorney license by the Supreme Court of Florida. During her 20 years of practice, she provided legal representation in 7 of the states 20 judicial circuits and 11 counties. While her primary practice area is in Marital & Family Law, her early years saw her representing small businesses which included collection of business debts; breach of licensing & patent agreements. This is where she 'cut her teeth' as a litigator.
In recent years, Renee Binns, Esq. served as a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Law Mediator. With mediation as a major component of all Family Law matters, understanding the role of the mediator has served her clients well.
20 years of litigation and mediation has taught Renee Binns, Esq. that each process serves a role in Reaching Resolutions without Fueling the Fire. You can say this is the goal for each matter coming to the office. While not all resolutions are reached at mediation, litigation does not have to take a tone of acrimony but can be entered into for the purpose of resolving those points the parties do not agree upon.
